Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at bringmaalu.lk. We strive to deliver the freshest seafood directly to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 1-6 hours of delivery for immediate concerns such as freshness or quality.
- You may return items up to 3 days after delivery, provided that the seafood has been stored properly in frozen conditions and is returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made orders are not eligible for returns.
- Any items that have been improperly stored or handled by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned seafood, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
Damaged or Defective Products In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective seafood, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or defective product), we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
