Returns

  • You may return items up to 3 days after delivery, provided that the seafood has been stored properly in frozen conditions and is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Any items that have been improperly stored or handled by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned seafood, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
